In the end a complete uninstall and reinstall of WiTango Server solved the
problem...

If the Dev Studio on the same machine can see it, then I suspect it's
Registered properly. Of course there is always the issue of permissions.....

Just a thought, but what Scope are you loading the COM into? Maybe it's
something to do with your Server configuration.
