Basically, an RSS feed is a XML file. A haven't gotten to the part of
creating one yet, but it seems that you have to generate an xml file with
the necessary fields, that you can do with Witango.
Try http://www.xml.com/pub/a/2002/12/18/dive-into-xml.html?page=1 and
http://www.oreillynet.com/rss/ to get you started.
