Hi Dan,

At the top of each taf file that is a "logged in only" file, we test a user
scope variable that is set upon logging in.  If its empty we redirect to the
login page, otherwise we process their request.

This makes it so if a user is not logged in they cant do things that only
logged in users should be able to do.

This is also good if a user bookmarks the page at a logged in only taf cause
when they use the bookmark it will take them to the login page (:
