FYI, I've now got several hung in the queue, all with the same error
message.  The server is periodically re-sending them.  I'm guessing that
they'll drop off eventually.

It looks like these servers exist, at least in a DNS server somewhere,
so it can't drop them for 'no server'.  But since there's no response,
it can't drop them for 'undeliverable'.  So it just keeps retrying.

I still can't correlate the retry attempts with the server setup,
though.
