Just under 3 weeks to go and only 10 days left to register. The principle focus of the conference is to further technical skills of the attendees, share information and build the community. For those of you still sitting on the fence we have summarised some of the technical presentations into an agenda outlined below. Over 2 days you will:
DAY ONE: * learn about the direction were taking v6 and get the new 5.5 betas of studios, servers and compiler; * share an XML primer with Scott Cadillac and learn how to navigate and manipulate DOM variables in Witango using Xpointer; * learn from Bill Downall how to get the most out of your DBMS:SQL and Search actions; * Ben Johansen will walk you through the @email tag and integration to an email server; * Robert Garcia will be demonstrating RealBasic as a means of expanding your programming arsennal. * Fergal Donlon will share Tips and Tricks such as @MAP, HTTP Headers, Dynamic Datasources, Regex, the Witango modules and configuring Witango for load balancing; * Phil will take you through the best means of debugging you Witango Apps; * David Thomas will be showing you how to chart you results; * KJ will look at web reporting options with Witango and COM objects; Then of course there's the conference dinner and awards then midnight session DAY TWO: * A breaksfast session with Phil (who else would you want to see first thing in the morning) specifically for the OS X users focusing on the OS X sub systems that Witango needs to run and how they are configured; * Andrew Cao will take you through deploying your Witango apps to a variety of J2EE server - yes - he'll start at the very beginning and he is anticipating lots of questions. * Ian Daniel will be talking on the hot topic of user sessions management; * Scott will be back doing a marathon presentation on XPATH and XSLT; * Robert will look at Complex Flash applications with Witango; * Advanced server clustering by KJ. * Phil will tackle the topic of T2K migration to Witango 5. ALSO Case studies and workshops will be thrown in to 'lighten' the pace by Stephen Su, Cornelius Conboy, John McGowan and Jason Pamental, all of whom have some amazing solutions and a tonne of experience. Of course there is a great conference pack and some fun prizes. The conference is preceded by the Intermediate training and followed by the advanced training.
