Rather than 'buy' an old Tango Mac license, why not upgrade your existing one to Witango 5. I realize that it's not totally proper but you could use your old Tango license for the month long project that you need the extra box for. With gets revenue which helps to keep the product healthy, you get an up-to-date license and you can run the extra box.
Or just install a demo version of Witango 5 and run with the 30 day license.
I don't think I am being understood.
I have Witango 5 on a box and have had for some time. I have never been able to get it to run properly and do not have the time to dedicate to just that. I handle too many duties at the same time to be able to dedicate just to getting that running. I handle the entire IT infrastructure and the entire studio and RF plant all by myself. With the old one I could get it up and running quickly and move on. I needed something that I could get together quickly and reliably.
I have not had the time in the last year to dedicate to just making Witango 5 run with Webstar V. If I could just wave my hands and make it work I would. So for this small project I needed to be quick.
I am really not trying or desiring to be mean or ill toned about this. I am just at complete wits end.
Looks like with all the no's from the list I have to find alternatives. My life would be much simpler if I could just get a serial number or actually have the time to dedicate to learning the tricks to making V5 work.
