Witango-Talk: Try again- build a new box

So I gave up on the other box I was trying to get Witango running on. 
Args just would not pass.  I thank Roland for extensively trying to 
help along with Ben.  Thanks so much. I suspect problems because of a 
WebObjects install on that box.

So I decided to try from scratch on a fresh box.  Killed the install 
on the other box. So far so good on the new box except Witango won't 
run. Remember this is Witango 5 on OSX with Filemaker.

To the end user it gives the error-

Application server not licensed
The license for this server is invalid or has expired. Please stop 
the server and enter a valid license in the LICENSE line of the 
server's configuration file.

But the Lic number IS in the file (witango.ini in the configuration folder)

The log file gives the following- (I am concerned about the line 
Cannot use port 18100, another server is running)
