Well touching that file doesn't help. I put in the stuff in the  
header.htx file and restarted witango server. Then hit a page and none  
of it came through. I'm thinking that webstar plug in might not be  
transferring header....

I'll do the <@Assign httpHeader> next and see what it gives...
