Good day folks,
 
I am just letting everyone know that there is a vulnerability with Windows 2000 server's RPCSS.
This causes denial of service attacks, and there's no patch yet available from Microsoft.
The attacks are primarily on port 445, and 139 Net Bios.
Blocking the port worked for awhile, but the attacks continued on port 80 as well.
 
THIS DOES NOT AFFECT WINDOWS SERVER 2003!
 
I upgraded my Windows 2000 server to 2003 server, and everything works great! I'm running Tango 2000 on server 2003.
