I am seeing more of the problem now.
You can't effect that from a mail action. 
The <@CRLF>.<@CRLF> is in the email envelope which is not accessible
from a mail action.

What MTA (SMTP server) are you using?
If you are using v5 you could do this through <@EMAIL and <@EMAILSESSION

even tried putting a <@CRLF>.<@CRLF> at the end, but still the same  
thing.

Does the character set make a difference?
