Dave, et. al. I did this, and it almost works. However, the file that is saved appears to have been encoded as html, in spite of the encoding=none tag. I added Content-Transfer-Encoding: binary<@CRLF> to the header value, that didn't help.
The before-file is a small, simple Excel spreadsheet. I read it into a variable with a file action, then pretty much copy what Dave suggested.
