Dan, My guess is they have a driver problem with the HD setup. If using IDE ATA HD:s it might also be caused by the chipset driver of the motherboard, especially if they have manufacturer specific chipset drivers installed. VIA:s own tuned chipset drivers had this going on for some time. Best way to avoid it is just to rely on the original W2000 drivers and avoid all kind of extra "fine tuning" of those components. Other reasons could also be in old motherboard or hd controller bios versions etc.
Anyway, can't myself at least figure out how it would have anything to do with WiTango, there really are quite a few layers of sw components in between that boot device problem and WiTango. But in the meantime what could be going on?
