Hi Gene,

Maybe a permissions thing?

By default the Witango Service will use the LocalSystem account, so maybe it doesn't 
have 
rights to that particular *.bat file, or the rights on the file have to be reset.

By the way, the Witango Service can run under an Administrator's account, but you 
should 
consider this carefully if you are hosting other people's code.
