Can anyone provide a shopping list or white paper for setting up WiTango OS
X talking to MySQL both on the same box and on a remote Windows or Linux
machine?
By way of detail the OS X box is running 10.2.8. The MySQL is set up and
running and I have a test table ready to go.
Do I require 3rd party drivers? I saw mention of macodbc (from thekompany)
in a white paper but when I went purchase them the site says 'mac:ODBC is
for use on OSX versions prior to 10.2' which leads me to think I don't need
them or they won't work.
I will also be looking at MySQL on Windows 2000 and Redhat Linux 9.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
