Witango-Talk: @REPLACE

Hi all, This code used to work.  After my server died and we moved to another old box, it stopped working.  Since we were moving to a new machine, I lived with it thinking it would work on the new machine...it still don't work.  I'm using win2k and the most recent Witango.
