Hi Troy,

I have to say I don't know much about outputting Asian characters, but the
difference appears to be in the "actual" output, when you look at
view-source.

I put the two view-sources in a screen-shot because I didn't want the email
to mess up the actual characters. Let me know if you don't get it.

Have you tried setting <@ASSIGN local$encodeResults VALUE="FALSE"> (or TRUE)
to see what difference in output?
