Well I at least narrowed it down. It seems to have something it is something
with the #$%#$%&*^& IRE 6 browser.  It works on IE on two other windows
boxes and with browsers on my Mac. So I just wasted about 6 hours because
the stupid browser has some fault in it.

It is set to never cache etc and nothing changed must be something
corrupted. Guess I'll just try to reinstall or use a different machine for
awhile.
