Hi All... I have a client who runs a local Restaurant. He wants to put a job application online in such a manner that a prospective employee can fill out this application and it would be e-mailed to him (the employer, my client) looking like a regular paper form that he could print. It's like 4 or 5 pages.
Currently the job application is in a Word Doc. There are no limitations or restrictions on how to accomplish this. I current have a Windows program I have developed that accesses an online database and prints out predefined forms. I could adapt this program so that the online form was filled out and the info stored on my server; then he could run this program at his location, pull the data, and print the form, but I'd like to do this in a simpler way if that is possible. Any suggestions would be welcome... surely there has to be something simple.
