Title: [OT] OSX and ODBC again

I eventually got this figured out. However, when I tried to use Excel and MSQuery I kept on getting the error “ODBC is not installed”. I then installed iODBC which sort of made Excel work but now Dev Studio will not connect to my ODBC sources.

Arrrrrrrrggggghhhhhhhhh. Is it just me or is ODBC on OSX just a very temperamental thing?

I am assuming that now that I have installed iODBC, Dev Studio is using it instead of plain built in ODBC. I assume this because ODBC is still working and if I do an odbctest I can connect and access DSN’s ok. When I try and test a connection using the iODBC test it gives me a driver could not be loaded error. I really do not care about using Excel and MSQuery anymore and just want my Dev Studio to work again. Is there anyway to roll back my iODBC installation (i.e. remove it) or is there something I can to do to get Dev Studio to work again.
