Hi Bill: Thanks for raising the question. The contest entrants were very, very few indeed. It did not generate the interest that we had hoped. It becomes a difficult question, to rate submissions when there were so few of them (3, I think ... I'll check on Monday).
To everyone on the list: please consider the contest closed. We'll huddle and see what to do, to treat the contest entrants equitably. Just so's you know, we (NCOL) will not reneg on this. It's just a matter of deciding if we try to choose a single winner, or if there is any alternative that, given the few entries, would be agreeable to all.
