we had cases of users being able to submit SSL postargs, applying patch #1, and not being able to, then applying patch #2 (not auto-updated, by the way) and after a reboot, being able to submit postargs again.
(If the user session timed out, they'd try to check out and instead get the 'your cart is empty' notice.)

This problem is increasing in frequency. Secure forms are being stripped of postargs. This is one of two meltdown problems now. Hasn't anyone else seen it?
