Thanks Mike and John Just out of curiosity, would either of these programs have the potential of corrupting and databases that Witango may be accessing (writing to) at the time they were executed?
If so, are there any recommendations to stopping db access or something similar prior to killing the service? Would the Witango service eventually shut down when the net stop command is issued on a busy server? I have a batch file on the desktop of each of my Witango boxes that kills and restarts the Witango process so I can just double click on that batch file if the Witango process locks up.
