Title: RE: Witango-Talk: Read/Write Errors
you might try adding an <@clearerrors> in your error html and seeing if that helps.

Okay, I've got some problem though.  If the file already exists and I try to write the same file and I've got the option "Generate an Error" selected the "Error" HTML code is not executed. Instead I get the generic "Page could not be found" error from EI browser.

i.e. the following error:

        The page cannot be displayed

There is a problem with the page you are trying to reach and it cannot be displayed.

        ----------------------------------------------------------------------------

        Please try the following:

Open the 198.116.111.234 home page, and then look for links to the information you      want.

Click the  Refresh button, or try again later.

Click  Search to look for information on the Internet.

You can also see a list of related sites.

HTTP 500 - Internal server error

        Internet Explorer

On a slightly different note I get the same error if I try to "Read" a file which does not exist. Same case there the "Error" HTML is not executed.

Any help or thoughts would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Alexander Vlasse
