There is a nice plugin available for Mozilla that adds this feature to the browser. I use it every time I need to debug a header issue.

it's called the "Live HTTP Headers" module/plugin for Mozilla.

Scott Cadillac showed me a very cool tool called HTTPLOOK
http://www.httpsniffer.com/index.htm, that allows one to see the actual
http request/response values in the http headers. Great for
understanding how the <@url> works, as well as the actual
request/response traffic. Now, my question is, anything like this
available for OS X, or unix command line?

Thanks,

John
