Well The head of IT finally checked his mail or his site I guess. As usual the what changed rule applied it just took them time to get around to admitting it.

After the ATX upgrade, cbsd.org was unavailable from certain networks (for example Comcast worked, Verizon did not) and this morning certain sites on the Internet will not load. This problem was reported to ATX late last night. You can be assured that this issue is our top priority. Our services will be restored when ATX fixes their network problem.
