It might be that the Witango service doesn’t have the permissions to run the bat (or do the job due to file access rights).  Also check the absolutepathprefix variable, if it’s set, that’s likely causing your problem.  Is this Win32? Witango 5?

I have a small bat file that copies files from one folder to another, works fine when accessed directly but doesn’t work as an external action. Any ideas?
