Follow this link... http://www.wilsonjones.com/html/4626.html and choose a template type from one of the "online templates" drop downs.
I believe it's running on BEA Weblogic 8.2. I know it's not the first J2EE witango app to go into production, but just thought I shouls spread the word anyway.
