Hi Gauthier

Thank you very much for your test.

I have tested with many browsers on windows and mac OS but this change nothing.

On my server the answers of the test are always :

==================
Arg V : aeiouy
Result_html : aeiouy
Result_var : aeiouy
Result_var 2 : aeiouy
==================
[Invocation of method "Echo_var" of object "TCF://test.tcf:Request$Objet_Test" with parameters [Valeur=aeiou]

==================
Arg V :
Result_html :
Result_var :
Result_var 2 :
==================
[Invocation of method "Echo_var" of object "TCF://test.tcf:Request$Objet_Test" with parameters [Valeur=]
==================
Arg V : aeiou
Result_html :
Result_var :
Result_var 2 :
==================
[Invocation of method "Echo_var" of object "TCF://test.tcf:Request$Objet_Test" with parameters [Valeur=]

If the <@ARG V> is always good, it's not a encoding problem between Apache and Tango ?
The problem is IN Tango because, in debug, i have "with parameters [Valeur=]" if an accentuated character is in V

I cannot test the server on another platform but i think that the problem come from Mac OS X / Witango version.

Regards

Francis

I've run the test on my installation (under Windows) with both IE6 and
FireFox 0.9 without problems when posting accentuated characters.

It may come from the Macintosh version of the server or (wich may be
probable too) from the browser you use.

Did you have tried with another browser and/or on another platform?
