The MacOS text editor hid the extension, so when I saved as crontab.txt, it
became crontab.txt.txt and when I saved as crontab, it was saved as
crontab.txt

The get info cleared it up (why anyone would ever want to hide extensions is
beyond me), I set it to show extension and then trimmed it.

Crontab is running now.
