as you might have noticed on this list im having quite some trouble with my witango production server. It hangs under load and Im under pressure to get it working properly. The error reported in the event viewer looks like this:
The description for Event ID ( 10 ) in Source ( Witango_Server_5.5 ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event: [3492] System Exception at 77f486f7; Thread ID=3664; Code=EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION Read: 00000000;.
The number in System Exception at 77f486f7 is reocurring in nearly all fatal errors. I wonder what that number means? Looking at a list of loaded DLL's in the memory tells me that 77f0---- is NTDLL.dll. Understanding the error message would be very handy in order to solve my problem.
Anyone with insight on ntdll out there?
