Position: They are seeking a SQL Server guru w/ heavy experience working w/
development and optimization rather than a straight DBA. They do not have
an established database team nor have plans to establish one in the near
future so it�s a one man band type deal. To that end, the successful
candidate is capable and interested in high level architecture/strategic
planning as well as hands on work.
