Roland,
The best ones I've found by far is CocoaMySQL (http://cocoamysql.sourceforge.net/index.html - not actively developed, but it works great anyway) and SQLManager J from MacOS Guru ( http://www.macosguru.de/ ). The first one is free, the other costs a little bit depending on version. For MySQL I use the first pretty much exclusively. For multi-db management I use the other. Once you have the JDBC drivers you can even connect and work with SQL Server DB's from your Mac. Very useful.

I'm on mac, so I don't know what the best (free) simple easy GUI mysql clients are. Any suggestions?
