Hi,

It has been my experience that the server caches the ini information. 
So there are 3 options.

1. Stop the Server, make changes, start server.
2. Use the Config utility with provides.
3. Change values via @ASSIGN with your permission set.

No, but I only change configuration variables by editing witango.ini,  
not in any appfiles.
