I am setting up to upgrade to OS X (Tiger) v 10.4

I have already noticed that permissions are trickier in Tiger than they were even in Panther (v 10.3+)

I have set the permissions so that Witango can read the files. At one point, in desperation, I even set permissions to ANYONE can read/write/execute.

But I still keep getting the following error when I attempt to access any tcfs. (Tafs of course, are OK).

*******

File: snippets.taf
Position: Create_snippets
Class: Internal
Main Error Number: -805

Insufficient security for the requested operation.

snippets_obj

*******

So I am pretty sure it is permissions, but can't figure out WHERE the permissions need to be set. These look OK in the entire server area, and in the WitangoServer directory.

BTW, this is for the Witango 5.5 server. If I use the Witango servlet under J2EE, everything works just fine. So it's something fouling up the Witango server only.

Anyone have a clue?
