I haven't touched the server yet, just got it to 10.3.8

My desktop, after upgrading to 10.4, the ODBC went nuts. I think it stepped
on some files I'd previously installed to make myodbc work. Lots of trial
and error and not using the apple odbc admin, and I fixed it.
