I wrote my own http sniffer. And I have done plenty of sniffing. IIS6/
Witango are just reponding like they have no idea where the file is,
whether or not I am sending a valid SOAP request.
So, have you got it working on IIS 6/Witango 55? Do you have multiple
sites setup in IIS 6?
