Witango-Talk: Problem with input value truncated with quote

Hi There:

This may not be a WiTango related problem. Does anyone know how to fix the 
problem with input value gets truncated with quotes in it?

For example: With <INPUT NAME="TEST" VALUE="<@ARG TEST>">. If I enter 
HELLO, THIS IS AN "IMPORTANT MESSAGE" TO ALL ...., I get HELLO, THIS IS AN
