Try using the

<@DQ> double quote, or <@SQ> single quote

Replacement tags - made for problems just like that - that might do it.

I have tried several ways and none work.

I have to make sure that a double quote doesn't get entered into a field.

I have used <@omit str="@@var" char="""> or  <@omit str="@@var" char="<@char
code='34'>"> and <@omit str="@@var" char='"'> which is ' "  '.

None of them seem to work.
I would be appreciative about any tips on this one.
