Witango-Talk: Crypt::CBC

Has anyone ever done Crypt::CBC data encryption in Witango?   I have a client that wants to send me data encrypted using Crypt::CBC with Cipher Block Chaining Mode. I have to decrypt the data and upload it to a database for processing. If anyone has done something like this I would appreciate some pointers.   Thanks.
