Well said. I'm guessing that Phil had no intention of responding and doesn't
intend to now. I'm guessing that this thread is just annoying to him. That's sad.
Of course, I'm only guessing, but what else can I do without a response?

I'm not a rabble rouser or a discontent. I also know for a fact from talking with
other people that I am not alone in my feelings. A company can only ignore
feedback from its customers for so long. I a little bit of communication could
go a long way, even with most energy being put into development.

That said, I know that any resources spent on the publicity side are being

But in the long run if people aren't confident and jump ship the ship
eventually sinks. To me that would be a tragedy.
