Of course we know the database is up and running since we can query it from inside Witango.
The should have said inside Witango studio. It is only when the server tries to make the connection we have a problem. I created a project and have it running find on Windows Server with FMP 8 running on windows 2003 server. We are able to get the ODBC running and working fine since I can see the tables in Dev studio and can run a query and get results. Can someone email check and work with him? Is there a way he can obtain support from Wienterprise? He has the ability for someone to TB2 into the server. -- Dan Stein FileMaker 7 Certified Developer Digital Software Solutions 799 Evergreen Circle Telford PA 18969 Land: 215-799-0192 Cell: 610-256-2843 Fax 413-410-9682 FMP, WiTango, EDI,SQL 2000, MySQL, CWP [EMAIL PROTECTED] www.dss-db.com "The love of one's country is a splendid thing.
