Witango-Talk: Insert Action -- IncludeIfEmpty

On inspecting the xml of an Insert Action, I notice: 					 
<IncludeIfEmpty>true</IncludeIfEmpty>

I presume this could be used to exclude the column if the value is  
NULL.  But I don't see any controls for this in the Dev Studio.

Anyone know what this is for and whether it's implemented?
