I am looking at a clients machine, OS X, 10.4.5, and witango was recently clean installed.

We noticed it stopped logging to witango events log.

I double checked the environment vars in the systemstarter script....

I checked the configuration files, I don't see anything out of whack.

I installed witango 5.5 on a clean machine, and then compared the systemstarter script, and the witango.ini file line by line with the clean versions. Nothing is missing, starter is unedited, and witango.ini is fine.

I know the witango.ini file is being used, I changed the log dir, and witango started logging to that directory. The server is only ever started or restarted using the SystemStarter script.

Has anyone ever seen this? We are chasing some crashes, and see them in the witangod.crash.log, but nothing is being logged to witangoevents.log for over a month.

Also, I did a sudo find / -name "witango*" to look for a file somewhere else, and nothing turned up in a different location.
