if you look at image from link above you will see it pulled down. normally it just shows the tabs
You can organize all manner of things it that program

well you now have seen all i can muster, it is not 2 (or 3 screens) it is 1440x900 with a 1280x800 window for XP

No kidding. That's just plain crazy, I couldn't cope with that 8-/

First thing I do when installing Windows XP is disable ALL icons on the desktop, even the Recycle Bin - then turn off all the theme junk, background images and other eye candy.

Gimme raw power man!
