We use subversion extensively, but you can't integrate into studio. and like John said, tortoisesvn is hands down the easiest client, but there is nothing like that for the mac, unless you go through an xcode compile and install, and still doesn't work right.

 

For the mac, I use iSVN, but mostly, just the terminal and command line.

 

We have integrated subversion into witango on the server side, for managing all of our projects, and automating updates and stuff. I did a post a while back on it, with screen shots.
