| Do not get dual core, or hyper threaded processors, or you will have to buy a license for each core to take advantage. If you have 1 standard license, per server, then you need to get the FASTEST single core, non hyper threaded machine you can find, for the best witango performance on a single server. Hyperthreading, although 1 core, looks to the OS as 2 cpus, so witango will only bind to one logical CPU, and then you get half the performance. Same with dual core, it will only bind to one of the cpus. Unfortunately, there is no documentation, and witango should provide it, but I haven't seen any for this since Tango 2000, but I think it has been detailed on the list.
