Witango-Talk: Error Message

Ran a very simple taf and got this message:

Error

An error occurred while processing your request.

File:
Position:
Class: Internal
Main Error Number: -1060

System is busy
Contact administrator or web master for detail.


The Web server, Microsoft IIS, serves non-Tango pages OK. I have stopped and restarted the computer several times and run the same and other tafs but get the same error message. I have also stopped and restarted the Witango Server, nada.
