I've found many open (and closed) solutions that say they'll do this-and-that, but I hate wasting time fiddling with quirks, goofiness and unintuitive interfaces (and deployment issues) only to discover it doesn't do what we're hoping for. I'm less concerned about bug tracking right now, and more interested in design and task management - this is the beginning of a large long-term project. So I was hoping for some first-hand experience recommendations. Sorry if I wasn't more clear in my first posting. Thanks.
