Hi all.
I have run into a challenge loading a page into windows browser. I know some
of you have more experience than I with different browsers.

On all other browsers the header loads in the center just right, but in the
windows browser, the header loads to the left.
Is this a deal where this browser only works with css and I need to code
that way? I have checked all the align properties and they are all "center"
IN tables, td tags I don't think there is a "left" in the source anywhere.
Any help would be appreciated.
