You need to remove the "Macintosh HD"

Old mac style path to that is:

MacintoshHD:Library:WebServer:Documents:SampleWebsite:images:ecuador.jpeg

However, new unix style path, which webroot uses, and witango needs, is:

/Library/WebServer/Documents/SampleWebsite/images/ecuador.jpeg

This has me confused, because it IS the full filepath. 

I have checked permissions and the witango user has every permission I could think of for testing purposed, just in case it was permissions. 

So I am stumped.
